About
Our Virginia Permanent Supportive Housing Program helps individuals who have experienced chronic homelessness remain housed long-term by providing and coordinating care and support that help to address underlying medical, behavioral and social needs.
Eligibility
Program participants must have a Serious Mental Illness (SMI) or Intellectual/Developmental Disabilities (I/DD) diagnosis.
